How we work
A simple process with no surprises
Small, frequent releases and honest weekly updates. You always know what’s done, what’s next and what it costs.

Principles
What you can count on
However we work together, a few things never change.
Senior engineers only
Everyone who works on your product is an experienced engineer. No juniors learning on your budget.
Direct communication
You talk to the people designing and writing the code, in a shared Slack channel, not through an account manager.
Working software every week
Every week you get a staging link, a short demo and an honest update on progress, risks and next steps.
Quality built in
Code review, automated tests and CI/CD are part of every project from day one, not optional extras.
You own everything
Code lives in your repositories and runs on your accounts from the start. Intellectual property is yours.
Honest estimates
We tell you what things will really cost and take, including when something isn’t worth building.
FAQ
Questions about our process
Something else on your mind? Just ask us directly.
How do we communicate during a project?
Usually through a shared Slack channel, a weekly demo and planning call, and your project board. You can reach the engineers directly at any time.
How often will I see progress?
Every week. You get working software on a staging environment, plus a short demo and written update.
What if priorities change mid-project?
That’s normal. We plan in short sprints, so we can re-prioritise at the start of each one. For fixed-price work, we agree any scope changes with you before starting them.
Who owns the code?
You do, completely. Everything lives in your repositories from day one, and intellectual property transfers to you.
Have a project in mind?
Tell us what you’re building. We’ll reply with a few questions, a rough plan and an honest view on whether we’re the right fit.
